Requesting a quote is easy, fast, and always non-binding. Search for the desired product through the various categories or use the search function. Then follow the simple process of entering the quantity, choosing the color, and selecting the customization to finally click the "Send non-binding quote" button. You will then receive a customized quote from us as soon as possible. Of course, it is always possible to simply call us at 071-408 01 63 and work with the sales team to choose the promotional gift. Want to request more than one product? No problem. The selected item will be in your quote basket, and you can add other promotional gifts through the same process. Enter your details and click "Request Quote," and the entire request will be processed for you without obligation.
If you agree to the quote, you can confirm your order by phone or email. It is also possible to convert your quote into an order online. This process is straightforward. Of course, you can also order directly via the website after finding and selecting the desired promotional gift. Simply click the "Order" button, and your choice will be added to the shopping cart. Just like when requesting a quote, you can add multiple promotional gifts to the cart and remove them if desired. Once your shopping cart is complete, you proceed with the order process by filling in your details. Your order is only complete once you have finished this process. You will then receive a "provisional order confirmation" from the system. This is because the stock indicated on the website is always a snapshot with a delay of 10-15 minutes, and it could happen that another customer has just purchased the desired product. However, this rarely occurs. We will verify this, and you will then receive a final order confirmation with delivery time.
In the online ordering process, you can choose whether to pay "on account" or to pay immediately. The payment process is handled by Multisafepay, allowing you to choose from various payment methods such as iDEAL and different credit card companies like Visa and Mastercard. Our Belgian customers can also easily complete orders and payments via Bancontact or KBC. Please note that if you choose to pay "on account," we may require an advance payment. We always do this for new customers with their first orders unless otherwise agreed. You will receive a deposit invoice for your order, and your order will only be released and processed after receiving payment.
For orders of promotional gifts with a customization such as embroidery, engraving, or printing, you will always receive a digital proof from us via email for approval. You will receive a visual representation of the product with the provided design of your logo or text. This allows you to verify the position of the logo and the colors. Colors on the computer screen may differ slightly from the actual PMS color we use; however, the overall image gives you a good idea of how your promotional gift will look. Without your approval of this proof, the production process will not begin. If you place a repeat order for the same gift with the same customization as previously ordered, you will usually not receive a proof, and we will start production immediately.
For printing, engraving, or embroidering a product, we will always ask you for a vectorized file of your logo or text. What is this? A logo is created digitally in a graphic program like Adobe Illustrator. This file, also known as an AI or EPS file, is composed of lines (vectors) rather than points or pixels. This allows the logo to be scaled up or down without any loss of quality or sharpness. We can also easily make adjustments to the logo, such as adding text. By providing such a logo, you are assured of high-quality printing on your promotional product. Your graphic designer who created your logo typically has this file in the correct AI or EPS format, so you can always request it. If you cannot obtain this and only have a JPG, PNG, BMP, or GIF file, you can also email or upload it to our website with your order. Usually, we can convert this into a correct vector file for free or for a small fee, which you can then use for all your future print jobs.
We will often ask you for the PMS value of the colors in your logo. For example, there are 25 different shades of blue, and by providing the PMS value, we use the exact ink color of your logo for printing your promotional gift or match the thread color for embroidering your promotional clothing or caps and beanies. The PMS value is often indicated in a vectorized file, which is another reason why we always request a vector file to ensure optimal quality when printing, engraving, or embroidering your promotional gifts.
Delivery of non-printed promotional gifts can usually take place within 1-2 working days. For printed promotional gifts or those with engraving or embroidered textiles, we generally need 5-10 working days before delivery. The delivery time or date is always indicated on your final order confirmation. Of course, everything can be arranged faster through a rush order, but sometimes we have to inform you that for some products, the delivery time is longer because production does not take place in our own printing or embroidery facility in the Netherlands but abroad. Everything is discussed with you in advance. We use various delivery services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, GLS, and express courier services. We deliver on working days, and someone must be present at the specified delivery address to receive the order.
Besides our user-friendly online store, we also have a printed catalog for you to browse through. Request one, and we will send it to you by mail. We can also send it by email so you can browse digitally. Of course, this catalog is not as comprehensive as the range on our website, but we have pre-selected a beautiful selection of various popular promotional gift categories for you.
We understand that you may want to see or feel the promotional gift you've chosen, or try on promotional clothing. This is, of course, possible. However, they are not free. We charge the unit price from the last tier price and, of course, the shipping costs. You can return them if they are in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged. You will then receive a credit note for the product, but not for the shipping costs. If you are already a customer, we will not strictly enforce this rule. Samples with low value will often be sent for free. If you place an order after reviewing the sample, you can return the sample, and we will include it with the order if customization is required on the promotional gift, or we will deduct it from the order.
For customers in the Netherlands, disposal fees for items like batteries or private copying levies on items like USB sticks are included in the listed prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. For foreign customers, they are responsible for properly declaring these in their own country if required.
The prices listed on our website are always exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. This is usually 21%, but for food products included in Christmas or Easter packages, it can be partially 9%. We always specify the VAT separately on quotes, order confirmations, and invoices. If you wish, we can also provide prices including VAT on quotes or order confirmations. If you are located in an EU country other than the Netherlands and have a valid VAT number, or if you are based outside the EU, you can enter this online on the website or provide it to us, allowing you to purchase without VAT. If you would like us to ship promotional gifts abroad, we can also deliver VAT-free, provided you supply the correct documents.
To prepare a customization on the gift you selected, films must be made, and machines need to be set up. These costs are listed separately as setup fees. However, we also provide the total price per unit on the website where these setup fees are included, so you always have clarity with this all-inclusive price. For orders of €250.00 or more, shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For orders below €250.00, we charge €14.95 per shipment.
Individuals can also order from us. We regularly supply printed promotional gifts for parties or weddings, but we mainly supply our Christmas packages and promotional gifts to businesses, organizations, institutions, and associations.
